We are so stoked to have gotten a whole couch in just two boxes. Amazing! I can’t stop showing people the time lapse of opening it, so satisfying. It’s a stiff dense foam, supportive and you don’t sink into it. It feels like a good normal height when sitting, not too low. Great cuddling couch- we love the length and width of the chaise. Great functionality of being able to convert it into a bed- it’s a little short for tall people in the bed layout, but you could extend the feet with cushions. We get lots of compliments on it. The green Sherpa material is soft and a lovely color. The wrinkles are from it being vacuum sealed, it fills out nicely and you can steam out the wrinkles. You can feel a slight bulge of material in the middle along the length of the couch, like it’s two layers of dense foam stacked. The cover seems to hide the bulges though, doesn’t bother us. Super Comfy Lounge Couch

I call it a lounge couch because sitting on it normally is a bit weird. The back being super low means it can be uncomfortable, but I usually just put a pillow behind my upper back and head, the pillow rests on the back of the couch. It works. But sleeping on it and lounging is so comfortable. The biggest con and the reason I gave 4 stars, is because the pillows are so low quality. The seams and zippers are definitely going to come apart. I had a small seam come undone after one day. I'm replacing the inside of the pillows to make it better. I mainly bought this couch so that my autistic son won't break the frame because it has no frame. I came to love the look and loungability. Easy to move to other rooms too. Read less
